Mayfield Group Holdings Limited (AU:MYG) has released an update.

Alan Steele, a director of Mayfield Group Holdings Limited, has sold 700,000 of his indirectly held ordinary shares at a value of $560,050, reducing his total holdings to 12,487,275 shares. The transaction was an on-market sale and occurred on 29 May 2024, outside of the company’s closed period and without the need for prior written clearance.
