Mayfield Childcare Expands with Precious Cargo Acquisition

Mayfield Childcare Ltd. (AU:MFD) has released an update.

Mayfield Childcare Limited has announced a $4.8 million conditional offer to acquire seven Precious Cargo early education centres in South Australia, along with the brand and intellectual property. Mayfield will manage the centres starting immediately, with the deal expected to close in Q3 2024. The acquisition comes after Precious Cargo entered external administration due to financial struggles.
