In a recent update by Mayfield Childcare Limited, Director David Timothy Niall increased his direct holdings in the company. Acquiring 203 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares via the Dividend Reinvestment Plan at $0.567 each, Niall’s total shares now amount to 23,191. There were no changes in director’s interests in contracts, as the update was exclusively related to the securities acquired under the mentioned plan.
