Mayfair Gold Corp. has triumphed in court against Muddy Waters Capital LLC, as the Supreme Court of British Columbia dismissed the latter’s injunction application and lifted restrictions on Mayfair’s contractual payments. This legal victory means Mayfair can proceed with distributing approximately $4.0 million in Change of Control Payments to its management and staff. The company, known for its Fenn-Gib gold project, continues its operations unimpeded by the now-resolved litigation.
