Mayfair Gold Corp. has announced the appointment of Darren Prins as the new Interim CFO and Corporate Secretary, effective July 7, 2024. Prins, with a solid background in financial management and corporate development, replaces the outgoing CFO Justin Byrd. The company also acknowledges the resignation of Vice President of Exploration, Howard Bird, and expresses gratitude for the contributions of both departing officers.
