Mayfair Gold Shareholders Elect New Directors

Mayfair Gold (TSE:MFG) has released an update.

At Mayfair Gold’s Annual General and Special Meeting, over 91% of shareholders voted in favor of appointing Carson Block, Darren McLean, Freddy Brick, and Anthony Jew as directors. Following the meeting, Sean Pi, a co-founder of Mayfair, was appointed as an additional director, and Darren McLean assumed the roles of Chair of the Board, Interim CEO, and President. The Company also confirmed the re-appointment of its auditors and the re-approval of its stock option plan.
