Mayer Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Lee Kwok Leung as Board Chairman and Executive Director, effective 12 June 2024, to focus on personal commitments. He will be succeeded by Dr. Ip Yun Kit, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and company operations, including mergers and acquisitions. Dr. Ip’s appointment comes amidst ongoing changes in the company’s board committee composition and the continued suspension of trading of its shares.
