Maxnerva Technology Services Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. KUNG Pei-Yuan as a non-executive Director due to other business commitments, effective from 21 August 2024. He is succeeded by Mr. CHANG Kuo-Chin, who brings over 30 years of experience in the IT field and has held significant roles within Hon Hai Technology Group. Mr. Chang’s appointment comes without fixed terms, as he will be subject to the company’s annual general meeting and rotation policies.
