Maximus Resources Limited has disclosed a change in the holdings of director Martin Janes, where he increased his indirect interest in the company through the Janes Super Fund. As of May 29, 2024, Janes has acquired an additional 969,842 ordinary shares at $0.03 each, raising his total to 2,146,158 shares following participation in a pro-rata Entitlement Issue.
