Maxell, Ltd. has announced it will receive approximately 2,378 million yen in dividends from its subsidiary, Maxell Digital Products China Co., Ltd., which will be recorded as non-operating income for the fiscal year ending March 2025. The dividend, which does not affect the consolidated business performance, is scheduled for receipt on October 31, 2024.
