Mawson Resources has announced an arrangement to spin off its uranium assets in Sweden into a new company, SUA Holdings Ltd., distributing shares to current Mawson shareholders. A special meeting for shareholder approval is scheduled for November 7, 2024. The deal, which is part of a larger scheme with Southern Cross Gold Ltd., is also subject to regulatory and court approvals.
