Maven Income and Growth VCT 5 PLC has issued 659,645 new ordinary shares at 32.87p each as part of its Dividend Investment Scheme, expanding its issued share capital to 210,641,334 shares with voting rights. Shareholders are advised of the new denominator for interest notification calculations. The new shares are anticipated to be listed and commence trading on the London Stock Exchange around September 11, 2024.
