Maven Income and Growth VCT 5 PLC has announced an interim dividend of 1.00p per share to be paid on September 6, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of August 9, 2024. Shareholders who opt for the Dividend Investment Scheme will instead receive new ordinary shares priced at the recently disclosed NAV of 32.87p per share. The exact details of the ordinary shares issuance will be released in a forthcoming announcement.
