Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC and its associated companies have released a supplementary prospectus as a follow-up to their previous offers for subscription, in compliance with regulatory requirements. This additional document comes after Maven VCT 4’s recent annual financial report and has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority.
