Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC has announced the buy-back of 1,177,800 of its own shares at a price of 57p per share, subsequently cancelling them. This transaction has changed the company’s issued share capital to 142,927,695 Ordinary Shares, each with one voting right. Shareholders are advised to use the updated share capital figure as a reference for any notifications of interest changes as per regulatory requirements.
