Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC has announced the issuance and allotment of 679,137 new Ordinary Shares on May 1, 2024, after receiving £415,600 in valid applications for the 2024/2025 tax year. The shares were issued at prices ranging from 59.96p to 61.53p, bringing the total number of shares in issue to 144,105,495, which also represents the total voting rights. The company has raised a total of £5,761,329 for the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 tax years, with new shares expected to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange around May 3, 2024.
