Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC has issued 245,950 new ordinary shares at 52.01p each under its Dividend Investment Scheme, reflecting the latest net asset value per share. The company’s total issued share capital is now 122,205,331 shares, all with voting rights. These shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List and commence trading on the London Stock Exchange around 11 September 2024.
