Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC has expanded its share capital by issuing 526,101 new ordinary shares at 50.61p each through its Dividend Investment Scheme, reflecting the company’s latest net asset value per share. This move has increased the total issued share capital to 123,006,024 Ordinary Shares, each with one voting right. The newly issued shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List and begin trading on the London Stock Exchange around 9 May 2024.
