Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC has successfully issued 928,621 new Ordinary Shares, following a public offer to raise up to £7.5 million, resulting in £479,500 raised for the 2024/2025 tax year. The fresh capital brings the total funds amassed for the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 tax years to £5,294,983. The new shares, priced between 50.61p and 51.94p, will be listed on the London Stock Exchange, with trading expected to start around 3 May 2024.
