Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC has declared an unaudited Net Asset Value (NAV) per share of 53.01p as of August 31, 2024, and has announced an interim dividend payment of 1.00p per share to be paid on September 6, 2024. Shareholders who opted into the Dividend Investment Scheme (DIS) by August 23, 2024, will have their dividends reinvested in new ordinary shares, with the effective NAV post-dividend payment being 52.01p, which will determine the price for allotting new shares under the scheme.
