Maven Renovar VCT PLC has appointed Maven Capital Partners UK LLP as its new investment manager, effective from May 2025. The company has maintained stable performance with a slight increase in NAV total return, and has announced interim and special dividends for shareholders. The board has decided to maintain the existing investment policy despite a proposal to adopt an ‘AIM Plus’ strategy. Maven’s appointment is expected to enhance shareholder value through its expertise in AIM and private equity investments. The company has also revised its dividend policy to increase the target annual yield and has implemented a new treasury management strategy to optimize income from cash holdings.
