The board plans to engage with shareholders to understand the low turnout and opposition to certain resolutions. Consequently, some directors were not re-elected, but due to the company’s Articles of Association, they were deemed re-appointed temporarily. The board appointed Robert Legget as a Non-Executive Director following the resignation of Julia Henderson. Legget is expected to play a significant role in engaging with shareholders and addressing their concerns. The company will convene a general meeting soon, incurring additional costs.
