Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC has issued 452,623 new ordinary shares as part of its Dividend Investment Scheme, priced at 60.19p per share. This move increases the company’s total share count to over 142 million, with each share carrying one voting right. The new shares are set to be listed on the London Stock Exchange around 23 October 2024.
