Daniel Bittner has been appointed as an independent Non-executive Director, bringing extensive experience in business development, investment valuation, and portfolio management from his previous roles in the financial sector. He will also serve on various committees and stand for election at the upcoming AGM. Concurrently, Steven Scott will retire from his position as an independent Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee after over two decades of service. Brian Colquhoun will take over as Chair of the Audit Committee following Steven’s retirement.
