Scott Kodama has announced his resignation as Controller and Principal Accounting Officer from Maui Land and Pineapple Company effective March 7, 2024. While he will continue to support the company in a limited role, the CFO Wade K. Kodama (not related) will temporarily fill the vacancy in addition to his current roles. The company has expressed its gratitude to Scott for his service.
