Mattioli Woods PLC has announced that it will be acquired by Tiger Bidco Limited, a subsidiary of Pollen Street Capital Limited, through a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement. The transaction was approved by Mattioli Woods shareholders and is expected to be finalized by September 3, 2024, with dealings in company shares to be suspended from September 3 and cancelled from September 4. An updated timetable has been provided for the completion of the acquisition, subject to regulatory approval and court sanction.
