Mattioli Woods CEO Increases Shareholding

Mattioli Woods (GB:MTW) has released an update.

Mattioli Woods PLC, a specialist wealth and asset management business, reports that CEO Ian Mattioli has increased his interest in the company through a recent transaction involving the acquisition of 456 new Ordinary Shares and the transfer of 62,392 shares to his wife at no cost. Following these transactions, Ian Mattioli’s total interest in the company now stands at 3,114,529 Ordinary Shares, including those held by close associates.
