Mattioli Woods PLC is set to be acquired by Tiger Bidco Limited, a subsidiary of Pollen Street Capital Limited, following an agreed takeover deal. The transaction will be executed through a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement, which has now satisfied a key regulatory condition under the NS&I Act. The acquisition process is moving forward as planned, with no further regulatory obstacles anticipated.
