Polymetals Resources Ltd. has announced that Matthew Gill ceased to be a director of the company as of July 18, 2024. The formal notice provided to the Australian Securities Exchange confirmed that Mr. Gill held no securities in the company at the time he stepped down. This update follows the requirements of listing rule 3.19A.3 and section 205G of the Corporations Act.
