Matsa Resources Limited has announced a fully underwritten non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer to raise A$260,035 by offering unlisted options to eligible shareholders. The funds will primarily support the development of the Devon Pit Gold Project, with Westar Capital Limited serving as the lead manager and underwriter. The offer is open to shareholders in Australia, New Zealand, and Germany until October 25, 2024.
