Matsa Resources Director Increases Stake

Matsa Resources Limited (AU:MAT) has released an update.

Matsa Resources Limited has announced a change in Director Paul Poli’s interest in the company, following his acquisition of an additional 1,000,000 ordinary shares and 333,333 unlisted options, at an estimated value of $30,000. This transaction, part of a shareholder-approved placement, increased Poli’s total holdings to 16,500,000 shares and 1,133,333 options. No securities were disposed of in the process.
