Matsa Continues Transaction Talks with AngloGold

Matsa Resources Limited (AU:MAT) has released an update.

Matsa Resources Limited has announced a 45-day extension to their confidentiality agreement with AngloGold Ashanti Australia Limited, aimed at continuing discussions for a potential transaction involving the Lake Carey Gold Project. While there is no certainty that the transaction will take place, both parties have engaged in constructive talks over the past year and have decided to extend the agreement, which originally expired in July 2024.
