Matrix Holdings Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 8, 2024, where it will present the audited financial statements of the previous year and re-elect its executive and independent non-executive directors. The meeting will also address the appointment of a new auditor and authorize the board to fix their remuneration. Additionally, the board seeks approval to allot and issue additional shares, including making or granting options and agreements beyond the AGM.
