Matrix Holdings Limited has announced a Special General Meeting to be held on October 24, 2024, at which shareholders will consider the appointment of Crowe (HK) CPA Limited as the company’s auditors until the next annual general meeting. The meeting will also address the auditors’ remuneration, with the board authorized to set the fees. Shareholders are entitled to vote in person or by proxy, and all votes will be taken by poll as per the Listing Rules.
