Matrix Holdings Limited has announced the retirement of RSM Hong Kong as its auditor due to a disagreement over audit fees for the financial year ending December 2024. The company’s board, with the Audit Committee’s endorsement, has appointed Crowe (HK) CPA Limited as the new auditor effective from 15 August 2024 until the next annual general meeting. The Board expressed no other disagreements or issues with RSM and welcomed Crowe on board for their qualifications and industry experience.
