Matica Fintec SpA ( (IT:MFT) ) has provided an announcement.
Matica Fintec’s board has approved the draft separate and consolidated financial statements for 2025, reflecting a year of transformative expansion driven by acquisitions including Panini S.p.A. and Panini North America, as well as the full‑year contributions of Matica Corp. and DISK – Digital Identity Solutions Korea. Pro forma 2025 revenues surged 273% to €79.4 million and adjusted EBITDA rose to €14.2 million, underscoring the enlarged group’s operating potential even as net financial debt climbed to €29.5 million due to acquisition financing, marking a shift to a more leveraged but scale‑driven growth profile.
EBIT was broadly stable at €3.5 million, with adjusted EBIT jumping to €10.6 million as higher depreciation and integration costs weighed on reported figures during the consolidation phase. Management highlighted 2025 as a turning point that strengthens Matica Fintec’s positioning as a global player in banking and mobile ID, with the 2026 integration phase expected to generate operating and commercial synergies, expand the product portfolio and reinforce its competitive standing in international markets.
