Matica Fintec SpA ( (IT:MFT) ) just unveiled an update.
Matica Fintec has executed the notarial deed to merge Panini S.p.A. into the company, marking a key step in its corporate integration process. The merger, which will take civil effect from 1 March 2026, will see all of Panini’s assets, liabilities and legal relationships transferred to Matica Fintec, with Panini’s operations consolidated into Matica Fintec’s financial statements and tax position from the start of the financial year in which the merger becomes effective, reinforcing the group’s operational and corporate structure.
