On February 1, 2024, Mastermind, Inc.’s board of directors amended the company’s bylaws to change the fiscal year-end from September 30 to December 31, retroactively effective from December 31, 2023. The company plans to file a transition report for the three-month period leading up to the new fiscal year-end.
