Masivo Silver Corp. has successfully completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, securing $882,236 through the issuance of over 16 million units at $0.0525 each. The warrants included in the offering allow investors to purchase additional shares at $0.15 for two years. Funds raised are earmarked for exploration at the Boston Mine property in Nevada and for general working capital.
