James Corsellis, partner at Marwyn Investment Management LLP, has purchased 140,000 Ordinary Shares of Marwyn Value Investors Limited at 94.51 pence each, and also acquired 300,000 shares from his wife, now holding a 10.91% stake in the company. The transactions, though not required by UK market regulations due to Corsellis’s position, were voluntarily disclosed in a gesture of transparency towards the market.
