Marvel Discovery Corp. is set to raise $250,000 through a non-brokered private placement by offering flow-through units at $0.03 each, which will fund the exploration and development of the company’s Quebec projects. The offering includes share purchase warrants and adheres to the TSX Venture Exchange policies, excluding payments to certain parties and investor relations activities.
