Marvel Discovery Corp. has successfully completed the initial phase of its non-brokered private placement, raising $200,000.01 through the issuance of over 6.6 million flow-through units. These funds are earmarked for the exploration and development of the company’s projects in Quebec, with no part of the proceeds being allocated to payments to related parties or investor relations activities.
