Maruwa Co., Ltd. has reported a modest increase in net sales of 4.7% to 61,564 million yen for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, according to the consolidated financial results based on Japanese GAAP. Despite a slight dip in operating and ordinary profits, the company saw a 1.3% rise in profit attributable to owners to 15,216 million yen. The company also forecasts a continued growth in sales and operating profit for the following year, alongside planning to hold its ordinary general meeting of shareholders on June 20, 2024, and initiating dividend payments and filing its Securities Report the following day.
