Marumae Co., Ltd. has updated its financial forecasts for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2024, showing a slight increase in net sales and significant improvements in profitability indicators such as operating and ordinary profit. Despite not receiving expected orders for solar cell production equipment, increased orders in the semiconductor and FPD sectors have led to better-than-anticipated results. The company cautiously notes that these forecasts may be affected by various factors such as the recent Typhoon No. 9.
