Martello Technologies Group Inc. has announced a CAD$1.5 million private placement of common shares, with sole subscriber Wesley Clover International Corporation, led by the company’s Chairman Terence Matthews. Scheduled for completion by March 27, 2024, the proceeds are intended for general corporate and operational purposes. Additionally, Martello appointed Tracy King as Corporate Secretary, succeeding Christa Plumley.
