Marston’s PLC has appointed Ken Lever as the new independent non-executive Chair and Chair of the Nomination Committee, effective 8 July 2024. Lever, with an impressive track record in senior roles across various sectors, is set to replace William Rucker. His broad experience is expected to drive sustainable growth and shareholder value as the company moves into its next development phase.
