Marston’s PLC has announced its total voting rights as of August 1, 2024, revealing 660,362,194 issued ordinary shares with a specific voting structure and 75,000 issued preference shares, excluding any held in treasury. Shareholders may use the provided voting rights figures as a reference for declaring changes in their company interest. For ordinary shares, a calculation method was also provided to determine individual voting rights.
