Marmota Limited, through its subsidiary Half Moon Pty Ltd, has formed the Golden Moon Joint Venture with Coombedown Resources Pty Ltd, aiming to expand gold resources and move towards production in the Gawler region. The partnership gives Marmota a 90% stake in significant gold deposits, with Coombedown being free-carried until a mining decision is made. This strategic venture is anticipated to leverage the area’s existing gold resources, enhancing Marmota’s asset base.
