Marlowe PLC, a leading provider of business-critical services, has announced a change in the shareholding structure following its share buyback program. Lord Michael Ashcroft, the company’s Interim Non-Executive Chairman, now holds a 17.17% interest in the company, maintaining his stake of 15,310,170 Ordinary Shares despite the buyback. This change occurred after the company repurchased and cancelled shares, as part of a strategy announced in May 2024.
