Marks Electrical Group plc has announced the proposed appointment of Warren Middleton as a Non-Executive Director, following his extensive experience at KPMG. Middleton is set to chair the Audit and Risk Committee, pending due diligence confirmation. Additionally, David Wilkinson has resigned from the Board.
